HOW DO I KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH IT?
The Force Board Pro includes access to multi-level training protocols focused on increasing balance and stability and improving ground reaction forces. Our videos walk you through exactly which attachments to use, where to place them, and what drills to do with them to start hitting longer drives.
CAN I PLACE ATTACHMENTS ON EITHER SIDE?
Yes! Add attachments on the bottom to create different difficulty levels of balance and stability drills or put attachments on top for a variety of ground reaction force drills. Our training protocols walk you through all of this.
I WANT TO HIT THE BALL FURTHER. WILL THIS HELP?
That's why we created the Force Board Pro. A lot of golfers are not stable enough and/or don't generate enough ground reaction forces to swing faster. You need both of those things to increase swing speed and therefore hit the the ball farther.
CAN YOU HIT BALLS WHILE STANDING ON IT?
Yes, you can, and we encourage it. Our protocols include some drills that have you hitting balls while using the Force Board Pro.

Generating swing speed is a common issue with many female golfers. Lack of swing speed can result in difficulty getting the ball into the air, low trajectory shots, very short distance with every club in the bag, and a tendency for many of the clubs to produce shots of almost the same distance. This takes the fun out of golf! Women have great potential to create large amounts of swing speed when they learn how to sequence the golf swing efficiently. We have found the largest gains with our female golfers than any other population segment working with SuperSpeed Golf. This is one reason why we currently have over 70 LPGA Tour Players working with the system.
During the development of SuperSpeed Golf, we found that using lighter weight clubs in specific training can help every golfer increase swing speed, maximize biomechanical efficiency, improve consistency in ball striking, and reduce many common swing flaws caused by inefficient sequencing.
